Permissions in KUA are granted through group membership. For users to gain permissions:

An administrator must create groups in the KUA admin panel

Associate those groups with modules (permissions)

Configure group data with the appropriate keys and values
Without this configuration, adding permissions through this interface will not work.
Tip: Use the "Compare User Permissions" tool above to copy working configurations from existing users.
